The hallways are quite institutional in design taking a bit away from the otherwise pleasant decor. While adequate, I would recommend finding other options for dinner if time allows. The meal was average and expensive with no ambiance. "

I was warmly greeted with a genuine smile by Dimitri, who immediately made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Within minutes, everything was already taken care of — he had sent the bellboy to my car to retrieve our luggage, which was such a thoughtful and efficient touch. As a VIP Expedia member, he also kindly upgraded me to a huge suite, which was an incredible surprise. The suite was stunning, featuring one of the most beautiful bathrooms I’ve seen, a private balcony with a lovely city view, and even a glimpse of the mountains in the distance. It truly made the stay feel extra special. The excellent service didn’t stop there — the staff at the restaurant and bar were also extremely kind and attentive, making every interaction pleasant. Check in process is long and teduous: asking for the colour of your underwear and a DO IT YOURSELF data entering including passport numbers, expriry, date of birth for every occuoant. Sll this yo say it is a VERY INEFFICIENT and most of all LENGHTY process that in my opinion is a WASTE OF TINE for clients on too of being invasive to privacy."
