Carla and Egidio at the front desk were absolutely amazing. One night we wanted to grab a bottle of wine, some cheese and charcuterie. "I can’t say enough about this property and the amazing staff that always went above and beyond to help Us in any way. Whether directions, calling cab or ferry companies. The free shuttle into town was amazing and always on time with easy schedule. They used what’s app and I could ask them anything and they answered in timely manner. And above all the view was the absolute best. It sat up on top of sorrento with the stunning view sorrento, the bay of Naples and mount Vesuvius. Outstanding hotel....
