"Hotel property looks terrible Deposit is $150 like it’s not like it’s a resort area I just argued with the front desk lady SAMANTHA very rude and ignorant who Iknocked on my door threatening to call the police just because we were 30 minutes late for checkout and informed me that she had plenty dealings with the police which was irrelevant to me I will never stay at another COMFORT SUITES AGAIN and I travel the world!!!!"

"the property was modern and up to date - I reserved a Suite and I wish the TV was in the area where the sofa is instead where the bed are... but over all it was okay. What I didn't care for was the breakfast. They had a pancake machine but no mix to use to make pancakes. Maybe Holiday Inn could get some real eggs, our sausage was dried out on the first morning. Get more options for breakfast. The staff was amazing. The pool was clean."

"The rooms were clean , but my daughters has paint missing as if someone fell into the walls room and bathroom. Washer was broken, and some very sketchy people . Some lady was screaming at her 3 yr old as a grown adult with fowl language. After her trying to start a fight with me I complained about it to the front desk and he wanted to move me and my grandkids after we were unpacked from a long day at blue bayou. Just all around a very uncomfortable stay."

"I totally expected more! The room was ok as in it wasn’t dirty but not updated at all! I went to the swimming pool and there were 2 different parties smoking weed which really put a bad taste to me cause they were doing it with children present. The breakfast they gave us tickets for Mike Anderson’s restaurant so I was thinking it would have been a quality meal but the best thing of the breakfast was the bacon and honestly it’s pretty hard to mess that up!"

"Lobby and common areas very clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean. Wish a coffee pot was in room, but coffee was available in lobby. Air conditioning worked very well. Close to shopping and restaurants. Will definitely stay on return trips."
