This property was amazing, great location, great staff and the gave me a free breakfast and delivered it to my room. They let me drop my bags off before check in and had them placed nicely in my room when I arrived later for check in. They also held my bags after checkout for multiple hours until I came back. This is an ideal place to stay in Sorrento because it is right in the main square would definitely recommend

We really enjoyed our stay here! We had a huge corner room with 2 balconies overlooking the main square. We were worried about the possible noise at night but it was one of our quietest rooms during our trip. The big doors are a complete sound blocker. It is in a central location so close to everything. The check in and out were easy and the staff very friendly. Would stay again.

Amazing room right in the heart of the Square. Balcony breakfast in the morning overlooking Tasso Square with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Napoli, priceless. First class service from Vincenzo and his staff. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Highly recommended.

The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. The hotel was very difficult to find. It would be helpful for guests to know that the hotel isn’t the entire building but more a floor within the large pink building on the corner of the Tasso Piazza. To access the building, use the gate across the street from Bar Del Carmine. Walk up the steps and follow the walkway until you get to a door on the backside of the building. We had to get a member of the staff to come out and meet us to show us where the hotel was.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Only a 5-10 minute walk from the station and right on the Piazza Tasso with all of the beautiful shopping streets and restaurants within very easy walking distance. We stayed in the Deluxe room with a lovely balcony with small table and chairs which we could sit on to have breakfast in the morning which is delivered to the room. There is a choice of things for breakfast and the property were fantastic at keeping us in touch by WhatsApp if we had any queries. Giusy was always welcoming at the front desk. Outside is noisy and chaotic in an amazing Italian way, but with the doors closed at night the room is very quiet. Overall an amazing stay and I would highly recommend staying here.

THE ROOM LOOKED NOTHING like the one on the picture associated with my booking. My room could barely hold a third of circle table, with the fridge under that table and a single chair. Of course no space to lay luggage. - GETTING TO THE ROOM: there is a stair of dozens of tall steps to get to the property. NO ELEVATOR so lifting the luggage is extremely hard. - NO Rooftop was suggested to us.I have no idea where access to it would even be. - BREAKFAST: They bring breakfast in a tray at a prefixed time, with a prefixed previous day selection. In a room as tight as the one we got it was very uncomfortable. - No accommodations to secure luggage to be held when you leave the room but still want to stay around town for a few hours. - NO common restroom - THE same physical building and room key is given to client after client creating a security hazard - It is centrally located

Her betaler du for beliggenheten og ikke så mye annet. Sentralt plassert på hovedtorget i Sorrento, kort avstand til alt. Meget enkel hotellstandard med vanskelig tilgjengelig og liten resepsjon i 2. etasje uten heis. OK senger. Lite og gammelt bad med noe svartsopp i flisfugene. Frokost må bestilles kvelden før, på et skjema som er vanskelig å forstå, og serveres på rommet / i sengen. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening.
