Friendly and very attentive staff. We had a very nice room that was clean and a nice ocean view. Breakfast selection and quality was very good.Great pool and amazing staff there too. Walk into town was short but walk back was a little up hill. Excellent hotel in good location.

Hotel was nicely redone and finished in 2026. Rooms new, facilities in great shape. Staff were excellent. It is a bit of an up hill walk so be prepared, especially if it is hot out, you'll be showering when getting back to hotel from town.

Complete relaxation! We appreciated everything the Hilton had to offer with its beautiful modern conveniences. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and the wait staff in the restaurants and our housekeeping staff in particular were friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for us to easily stroll to the busier shopping and restaurant district. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to others we know traveling to Sorrento.

The location is about a 15 min walk from the main attractions which was not a big deal for us as we walked each morning and evening. The pool is a great feature for the afternoon when it is too hot. Room: The room we received did not match our expectations based on the pictures online. The room is stark white: beds were hard and uncomfortable. toilet paper is one-ply, towels smell of vinegar and are thin material. Check in: There is no water provided at check in. We were advised by concierge that we can buy water from the vending machine. When you are paying almost $1K per night, this should be provided complimentary. Breakfast: This was well done. Lots of options in the buffet for hot and cold items as well as a juicer machine.

Big rooms and lovely spacious hotel! Would definitely return. Breakfast selection was great with an extensive variety of hot and cold food, plus gluten free options for my wife.

Our air conditioner in the room did not work when we got there. The hotel staff did make it right by giving us a credit. The property was beautiful and the views amazing. It was walking distance to all the shops and the port. The breakfast in the morning was awesome with lots to choose from. I would definitely consider coming back.

Wonderful home base for exploring Ischia and Sorrento. Located at the top of a hill made it quiet and wonderful views, but somewhat hard to navigate for frequent walks into town with kids (but manageable). Breakfast buffet exquisite. Indoor pool perfect (outdoor pools closed due to season).

Everything about the hotel was outstanding a bit further from town and if walking the hill is a little tough but the staff and the property make it worth the walk and a good thing after you eat in town

Our stay was excellent. The staff were great and very accommodating. The building and property is located up the hill from the town but it is very walkable to everything you need and a short distance to the popular areas. The room was clean and well maintained. The parking was a standard price for most hotels that do not offer it for free but it was great that valet service was included in it. Overall it was a fantastic stay and experience.

The room was excellent and the service was great. The outdoor pool was very good however closed since it was cold. However last day it was great. Next month a bar is opening in the same area so will be great overview and convenient
