This property and all of its staff made us feel like we were staying with family on our trip. Everything about this place is excellent, but the staff really made the stay special. The location of the property is in the heart of Sorrento. It's a 5 min walk to the train and bus station, 2 mins to the main square, 3 mins to more than a dozen restaurants, 2 mins to major shopping areas, 3 mins to a lot of historic sites and under 10 mins to the harbour and beaches. We walked everywhere all week without any issues. There is 24/7 hot drinks, snacks and fruit available for free in the lobby. The breakfast is excellent, more than we ever expected or could eat. Next door is one of the best small lunch places we found, with excellent new options every day for 5-6 Euro. This entire property is spotless and our room was cleaned and restocked every day. The wifi was excellent and reliable at all hours of the day. The staff were what really made our stay special and they are the biggest reason why we will be back to stay again when we return to the Amalfi coast!

This place is right in the middle of the city. Walkable to restaurants, shops, the church is literally 15 feet away. The beach clubs are no more than 15-20 minute walk. The ferry landing is about a 30 min walk. The walks are pleasant with so much to see. The hotel is very clean and very spacious. Staff is accommodating. The breakfast was delicious.

I ruined my tire in the next town over and had to get my rental car towed. The hotel sent a car to come get us. It was the owner of the hotel, Nello. That's 5 star service at B&B pricing. The hotel is in the heart of centro with dozens of shops and restaurants. It is 7 minutes from the train and bus station. Sorrento can be your base for Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. A great town.

Excellent location. The person that did the breakfast and cleaned your room is excellent. The room had everything you need. Our only problem was the water, it went out while we were in the shower then the next day while washing hands. The water was out for 5 minutes. The young lady at the desk had no reason why.
