"Über Mittag sehr laute Musik am Pool, Zimmer relativ sauber, aber nicht perfekt, Toilette schlecht platziert, Badezimmer winzig, vor allem im Vergleich zur Zimmergröße. Für die Sauna auf dem Dach muss man an Gästen vorbei, die im Restaurant sitzen oder auf der Terrasse Speisen und durch die Kälte. Wie bereits in anderen Rezessionen geschrieben, war auch bei uns einen Aufzug defekt. Dadurch lange wartezeiten, weil Aufzug sehr klein. Lautes Rauschen von der Decke, Zimmerwechsel erst am nächsten...

"I loved my stay. Staff is fantastic - particularly the front desk and cleaning staff! They were so helpful in recommending places to go, etc. I loved the junior suite it was absolutely beautiful! It’s in an older building so I would say that the walls were thin but that’s exactly what you would expect. It was a perfect place to start and end my days in Copenhagen."

"Lighting was too dark. Didn’t realize the allotted property could be 5F up with no elevators (my mistake, I assumed it was 3 floors max). No paper towels. Shower head and kitchen faucet sprayed on the side. Easy check in and access to shops. Easy access to the lockers and washers. Property was clean and spacious. "

"Check in was excellent and easy. Timea allowed us to check in early and we were given a sea view room which was appreciated. The apartment was just the right size and was fully equipped with a kitchenette and nice bathroom. Hotel is very modern and clean with free entry to the gym. Location was good, just a 10 minute walk to Nordhavn Metro station and there was Lidl and Netto just a few minutes walk away. "Every thing was great but I wouldn't stay again as the curtains didn't block out the light so I didn't get any sleep which is the whole point of a hotel. The light from a corridor in the opposite part of the hotel was on all night and shone directly into our room "
