"The hosts didn’t open Expedia’s chat room regularly. I needed to contact the platform’s CS to get an email which was not provided in the hosts’ confirmation messages. You may miss some key information if you weren’t aware of this."

"Todo bien. Solo antes de dormir no olvides cerrar las persianas para que no te despierte la luz del día."

"The location was great! It’s close to convenient stores, market, restaurants, and shopping. The place was clean and well designed. It was quiet and relaxing place. I would have loved to have some kitchen towels and/or paper towels to use. There was also a load dripping noise from the living room AC unit that probably needs attention."

"お風呂の記載があったが、実際にはシャワーのみだった。"

"Everything was great, my only small complaint was that the tv was small and only had 12 channels and all of them were Japanese channels, it would of been nice if you add some English channels"

"The room was comfortable, well priced, and in an excellent location. The apartment was perfect for two people but could have fit four with the sofa bed and the neat loft section! I also appreciate how genuinely clean the place felt, with no dust and hair underfoot and etc. There are fewer amenities here than you would get in a front-desk hotel. "Great cozy place with lots of room."

"“We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The area is quiet and very accessible — just a short walk to the train station. Everything we needed was provided, and the place felt just like home. Highly recommended!”"

"From the picture, i see there is a sofa, but for unknown reason (maybe because expedia mistakenly send there will be 2 renter?) , that they transform the sofa into a bed, which make me difficult to sit and works with table. But in general it is a good place, near to the metro station, near to a convenience store, just 20 minutes can arrive shibuya, got washing machine, place to dry clothes. So prettu recommend it"

"Spiders dirty felt like a jail. Run"

"You get what you pay for, if you’ll excuse the cliche. If you’re on a very tight budget and need to sleep a few people, maybe this is your place. It smelled quite strongly and bad (a different kind of badness in each room, strangely), the check in process is unnecessarily contrived, and it’s very hard to read the combo lock at night, almost impossible w the glare of light off of tiny chrome numbers. I regret booking this place, should have known better, but again, it’s cheap, so my fault for not...

"Accommodation was pretty good, although would have preferred a lower floor as stair case was steep for 2 large suitcases and would have appreciated a spare set of clean towels."
