"Was a nice stay for the first time & this hotel. However my only issus was the following: No heaters in the room for pressing clothing, no USB or plugs for charging cells or laptops. We had to purchase plugs @ the front desk for 6.00 US . Also found check-out can be 12.00 pm and not 11.00 pm. Other than that i enjoyed!"

"Really nice property great location! Staff was hit or miss but we were prepared for that due to the reviews. Got a room with the plunge pool which was nice- but the water is too deep at 5 ft with no stairs. Same with the pools on the property."

"The pool was small the food was not that great Botalino in El Mari was really good. Dreams buffet was not hygienic. Flies birds picking on the food😒 House keeping was sooooo poor!! I had to ask for water robe no slippers. They didn’t change sheets didn’t clean bathroom."

"This hotel is located in the heart of everything. We practically walked to Restaurants, Museums, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The island is very safe. We felt so safe that we took public transportation to the beach and the aquarium. Our floor had a Starbucks and a man made beach with a bar/restaurant. You had to be there to understand. Amazing! When I return to Curacao, I will stay here again. Best experience ever."

"Property is maybe 20 minutes from the airport - well kept property, clean and well appointed - staff friendly and helpful when needed. Only gripe I had was my rooms ac just wasn’t doing it for me - usually I’d want to feel frosty and want to turn it down a notch… found myself sweating at moments in the room more noticeable in the evening - other than that, great stay - I do recommend it - beach was well kept as well"

"The resort was clean, but that's the only positive thing I can say. The staff were rude, getting drinks was difficult, and dinner reservations were almost impossible to get. The food was so bad that we left the resort to eat several times, even though we paid for an all-inclusive stay. Pool chairs were hard to find, and you had to pay extra for shaded beach chairs, which should have been included. The towel system was also frustrating, and fresh towels were difficult to get.
