"We had such a great experience at this lovely new hotel in Bangtao! The location is super convenient, just minutes from Boat Avenue and Bangtao Beach. They even offer a free shuttle every hour to both spots, which made getting around really easy. The hotel itself feels very fresh and modern. Our room was surprisingly spacious, spotlessly clean, and everything looked brand new. You can tell they put effort into the design and comfort. "We arrived at 13:21pm, after checking in, at 13:41pm they asked us to wait for 40 minutes to get the room ready. This was a minus point to the first impression. However, they upgraded the room class (suppose to the busy day) and offered us local drinks and jasmine bracelets which were attached by an orchid that we really enjoyed. The room was surprisingly clean while the toilet was a bit small however. The surrounding environment was stunning to us: beautiful beach infront, immense lakes around...

For the price you get a huge kitchen, living room, bathroom with a huge tub, 2 outside decks and a hot tub outside. gym is open and a nice pool to swim in. the beach is down the street and a bunch of food is near the area"
