"I must say that the breakfast is almost all processed food. I only drank the coffee, which is good. And then I got two bananas. Also I wish the hotel was cheaper. I used it because the location fit exactly to my purpose for my visit to Encinitas. For the price, I would have liked if they had duvets on the beds instead of blankets."

"The motel is being renovated, so there is loud noise throughout the day. One step on a staircase is severely cracked, with jagged concrete and rebar exposed. The property is right off the freeway. I have never heard such loud traffic noise throughout the night."

"The hotel was beautiful, the pool was great to relax by enjoy the sauna and cold plunge. The beach is a short walk down the stairs and is a pretty quiet beach, it does have a lot of rocks tho. The amenities being able to rent a bike, beach chairs and board were a lot of fun. There was lots of good restaurants a short bike ride away. The staff was all very friendly and helpful."

"The location was wonderful. The beach amenities were awesome. But our room had an odd smell and our sheets had alot of hairs in them. Also the espresso machine was out of order."
