"A l'accueil la réceptionniste de l'accueil n'a pas voulu nous donner d'informations car elle ne s'occupait pas des appartements. Elle a juste vaguement dit dans quelles directions ils se trouvaient. Bien sûr pas de bonjour ni rien. Le clic clac était tâché, tout était sale et vétuste et ce qui semblait vraiment bien être de la matière fécale était sur le porte papier toilette ! En repartant le matin, je croise un autre employé, pas de bonjour non plus. Ce doit être une culture d'entreprise."

"The hotel was advertised as having ski-in/ski-out access, breakfast available and room service. The ski lift is around 2.5km up a road or a 1km walk to a ski bus that takes you there. No breakfast or room service was available. The water was too cold to shower in the evening and the staff said this was because many people were staying at the hotel?"

"The property is really ok but nothing more. It is 10 min drive to Annecy but I think I was expecting a bit more based on the informations on Expedia. Would I go there again not sure but ok value for money."

"Beautiful apartment, everything was spotless & new. WiFi was great, bed was huge & comfortable with a great view. Huge balcony & lovely seating area to dine. Kitchen had everything you needed & bonus wine fridge. Apartment slept 6, we were just 2 so lots of space. 2 bedrooms, one en-suite, separate toilet & bathroom with bath. Underfloor heating was great so never felt cold. Bath robes & slippers provided for us which was so great for the fantastic Spa. The Jacuzzi had very powerful jets, just...
