"Das gebuchte Zimmer verfügte über keinen Balkon, jedoch war ein dekorativer "Fake-Balkon" vorhanden. Leider war es uns aufgrund der Höhe von ca. 3 Metern nicht möglich, das Fenster zu öffnen oder zu schließen, weshalb es permanent geöffnet blieb. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte alle zwei Tage und war stets tadellos. "Excellent for a one night stop before flight. Beautiful apartments set into the hillside overlooking Souda Bay. Incredibly modern, new and super clean. Very spacious rooms, equipped with all the essentials and also outstanding views. Staff are absolutely wonderful. Nothing was an issue for them. The receptionist was incredibly accommodating with my requests and really lovely to deal with. Wonderful small pool area which again, has an incredible view of Souda bay and the mountains. Well...

"Super 3-Sterne Hotel, besser als einige 4-Sterne Hotels in denen ich schon war. Die Zimmer sind topmodern (smart-room) und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und auch abwechslungsreich.
