"Check in the first night went very smoothly, we were supposed to stay at a different hotel the next night but this place was much nicer than expected so we extended our stay. Our only complaint was the breakfast we paid extra for, Food was not good at all and the wait to get assistance in the buffet area was frustrating. Other than this everything else was good. I’d book another stay and recommend to others."

"The hotel is nice, and the service is good too. The rooms with balconies are spacious. We had a bad experience with the cleanliness of the room; there were dirty spots in various places, including the bed's duvet. We called reception, and they resolved the issue that same night and offered to move us to a different room the next day. The buffet food was good, with a variety of options. The staff was excellent and very attentive. Overall it was a good experience."

"Upon arrival they have us keys to our room. Once we walked in the rooms was not cleaned. The receptionist did resolve this by giving us another room, however my Daughters room was not ready until after 4 although check in was at 3:00. Otherwise no complaints"

"This was my first time staying here at the hotel. I was very impressed. It was very clean, staff was pleasant. It was a quick last minute booking so I got one of the smaller rooms but it wound up still being spacious. Loved the room service from the ruby tuesdays restaurant downstairs for dinner. The pool was nicely heated the areas was clean and fully stocked with towels. Only downside is that the pool is so small, we had to leave once’s it got too crowded. "I went to check in, but the hotel’s system was inoperable and unable to process payments. The staff was disorganized, and instead of helping resolve the issue, the front desk employee was rude, unprofessional, and seemed untrained. I had no choice but to cancel my reservation and book another hotel. Future guests, don’t waste your time. There are much better options in the area that offer a welcoming, modern, and updated hotel experience. I do not recommend staying at this property."
