"When we entered the room for the first time, it smelled musty. We had to open the balcony door the whole night. The toilet leaked nonstop. The reception desk staff are not professional. Staff lounging (lying down) on the sofa in the lobby while talking on the phone."

The only small issue is the cleanliness, the fridge had a very old fridge smell and the shower and bathroom and the den were a little dirty. Everything else was great! "

La piscine est propre bien entretenue et les équipements adaptés ( transats parasols…)"

"So this hotel had the potential for 5 stars for its range but didn’t make it. First I contacted the hotel repeatedly to ask questions and the Expedia system crashed so I didn’t get any reply. That’s sad - and annoying - but I also emailed them directly. The hotel has a little kitchen with a hob. Very sparsely furnished with cups at and absolutely no cleaning stuff. No bottle of water supplied in courtesy on check in, I arrived after 10 pm and had no water to drink or brush teeth with. You...
