Our toilet looked like it was going to overflow every time we flushed and the 2nd level walkway seemed as though it was slanted towards the ground and not level. The ac had the filter light on indicating it needed to be replaced."

And the handicapped rooms were spacious and clean, there were definitely other conditions that made our stay very uncomfortable. The room we had, we could hear the music from the lobby. The hotel lost hot water for two days and nothing was said to guests. Just let us figure it out. Not even an attempt to compensate somehow. The sliding door for the bathroom is on the heavy side and tended to roll back open...

"We were disappointed with our stay. Within minutes of checking in, before 9 PM, we received a phone call from another room telling us to be quiet and threatening to call the police if we made noise. We had just arrived, were unpacking, and our children were simply using the restroom. There was no loud noise or disturbance. The front desk later confirmed that normal conversation before 10 PM was allowed and that they did not know why this happened. Unfortunately, the incident made us feel...

"If your flight is late, they will give your room to someone else after midnight. We didn’t arrive until 2 am and had to find somewhere else in the middle of the night to stay. 100/10 do not recommend."
