"This is a boutique hotel with all aspects of access accomplished remotely through text and emails. There is no staff on-sight although once you register, you receive a text with a phone number to call if you encounter any issues or have questions. The room number and access code and front door access code are sent to you once you register. The rooms are small but extremely clean and updated. Mattresses and pillows are super comfortable and linens are very clean. I slept well. Each room as an individual AC/heating unit that the guest can control. Shower is large with basic amenities (body wash, shampoo, conditioner) provided. The room has a mini fridge stocked with some complementary waters. The mini fridge has a glass door with a blue illuminated interior, the sink mirror has illuminated touch switches and there is a built-in night light by the sink so if you require a dark room for sleeping, you may need to deal with dim room light. Since there is no staff on site, guests can open the front door and let anyone (even non-guests) in. This is a great place to stay for a single male and perhaps a ‘safety aware’ couple looking for a place to stay. I would not recommend it for a single female simply because of the “no staff” business model and ability for non-guests to be brought in. The place seems very new as of this evaluation (July 2026)."
