"Beautiful hotel right on the main square of Cesky Krumlov. Literally everything is no more than a 10 minute walk. We visited the city in late March, just before the tourist season really kicks off on 1Apr, so there were not as many restaurants or shops open. We still managed to have delicious meals and spend too much money while there! Don't miss the chocolate shop on the square opposite the hotel. The hotel staff were lovely, especially Michaela, who came to pick us up at the offsite parking location. The breakfast buffet was great, but the space is small and was warm when we visited. Stay here--you won't regret it for a moment!"

"Upon check-in, there was a noticeable sewage odor coming from the sink and bathroom. It improved after ventilation and closing the traps, but it seems that further maintenance may be required. In addition, we found an item of underwear left behind by a previous guest on the top shelf of the wardrobe. If rooms are assigned in advance, it would also be helpful to inform guests beforehand that direct access by elevator may not be possible and that additional stairs may be required."

"We were greeted with a welcoming smile and courtesy, with our room ready for us upon our earlier arrival! The hotel is in a perfect location to visit everything, and if you’re arriving by car, the P2 parking is literally just around the corner a few minutes walk. Beautiful spacious room and breakfast included. We ate a beautiful meal for dinner next door at the restaurant given 10% off by hotel. Perfect stay!!!"

"AC is advertised but the property had turned it off centrally, and they didn't heed to our request to enable it. It was too hot in the room so we had a sleepless night. Customer service is really apathetic all around. Minibar was not working and they didn't make any effort to fix it. They just said it would be repaired after we check out. Breakfast buffet was decent."

"Lovely hotel right in the centre of Český Krumlov and next to the river. The staff were friendly and the room was a good size and clean. Our son particularly liked the glass floor in the restaurant where you can see a small stream that runs into the Vltava. One tip, if you're driving there, don't use Google maps as it takes you to the road above the hotel with no way to get down to the river side, use the Czech mapy.cz instead "

"Breakfast very disappointing - standard buffet stuff, with miniature croissants, tiny cakes etc. cooked breakfast stuff looked cheap and poor quality - I avoided it. Also room was right by the lift and stairs and was very noisy. You could hear everyone coming and going"
