"Great location to walk to restaurants, coffee, tourist stops"

"Limited parking. Overnight parking runs $45/night. Rooms are tiny. Really cram you in. The marketing of being environmentally friendly to sardine rooms at a high cost is why the rating is low. Fraud charges on credit account after staying at the hotel. Did not use my credit card anywhere before or after this trip. Fraud team specifically stated the card number was manually typed in. Alerted the Moxey team and no response. Allowed a party in my group to make changes to a reservation without my...

"I didn't like the fact that they charged for EVERYTHING but coffee as long as it said Marriott and not courtyard. No microwave and the rooms are a little smaller then expected for the price of the stay. I would never recommend Couryard by Marriott ever. At least not in Colorado."

"Overall, the hotel was nice just needs to be updated in a great location near all the sites!"

"This place is the best."

"Breakfast was awful Did not have shower gel"

"This property is unique and historic, in a beautiful area. The room was great, although no TV. The roads are in quite bad shape and the parking is tough sometimes as it is all street parking and not guaranteed. Otherwise, the dining hall has great food and there are lots of activities like hikes you can join."

"It was like staying in the Old West but in a modern beautiful room. This was my first time staying in Boulder. I was there for a wedding. I picked the Boulderado just by chance! Boy I was so lucky. After speaking with family & friends, everyone agreed that the boulderado had the best location & the best atmosphere of any hotel around."

"Overall, an excellent place"

"Very nice hotel and staff."

"We loved the 2 floors/2 bedrooms units. Perfect for a family with teen boys. It was very clean and the breakfasts were so delicious. They even offered gluten free options to accommodate people with dietary needs."

"This was a great place to stay for us. The breakfast and 24 hour coffee/hot beverage area were wonderful. The beds very comfortable. Our only disappointment was that the hot tub was also closed for the season. We expected the pool to be but the website didn’t indicate that hot tub was also seasonal."

"Clean room, quiet stay. Some Elevators were broken with signs telling everyone to walk down the stairs rather than ride down the one working elevator. Was lectured about whether I really needed a second room key. No toothbrushes to offer or buy (I forgot mine)."

"Good break fast"

"Super nice property. Rooms were great but I wasn't fond of the L shaped bathroom placement with the 2 doors layout. The lighting also could be better with more countertop space or shelving space for toiletries. Breakfast was very good even though staffing was a bit thin. However, our waitress did a great job and remained pleasant and helpful. The staff were great and property beatiful."

"The air conditioning rattled all night, there is no elevator, the stairs are filthy and stained. All the vending machines in the hotel are out of bottled water, when I asked the desk for water he told me to walk across the street to city market if I want water. There were toenail or finger nail clippings by the outlet I plugged my phone charger in by the bed. A big street light outside my window. Smelled old and musty. Filthy, moldy hair ball in bath tub. Can get a better deal across the hiway at...

"We had to change rooms within the first 15 minutes because the toilet stopped flushing after the first use. In the second room, there was a lifted laminate from the floor almost tripped couple times and no iron. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work."
