"Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Daniel! The property is in a period of update and remodeling. They have a ways to go but they try to accommodate your needs and wishes. A decent full breakfast menu that gets switched out daily. The only drawback was the nightly pet fee."

The pool was great, but here is my criticism. Our room in the bathroom had a sewer smell coming from the drain in the sink that was unpleasant, when we were in the pool there was a very loud sound that came on then that same unpleasant smell, kinda like a sewer , but other then that , was a great place, very very close to the Anna Island and...

"The room was reasonably clean and the staff at the breakfast buffet were fairly nice. However, the hotel was undergoing renovations and the noise was deafening at around 8 or 9 in the morning. It was ridiculous. There were no end tables on the far sides of either bed, so one person had nothing to rest anything, such as a phone or glasses. The lighting was poor, such that reading was impossible, and the TV menu was incomprehensible. The handle on the bathroom faucet came off in our hands and...

"I did enjoy pool and hot tub and laundry facilities were convenient. Room was ok, water was not always hot in the shower, had to pull handle up on toilet to keep from running, not the cleanest room I’ve been in, refrigerator makes noise and air was unreliable. I did not have housekeeping and when I asked for towels she asked me to speak Spanish? Housekeepers constantly slamming doors when cleaning, not a relaxing week, but manageable. Some of the staff were friendly but most uninterested with...

"Not pleased with being charged extra days fir the parking you'll be paying fir as the call it a "night audit." They don't guve you a receipt and charge you a unknown rate fir a deposit until you see your card charges. The fitness center also had garbage all over and no cups for the water."
