"I loved this hotel! Favorite place I’ve stayed in NYC yet. Beautiful rooms, great location, smoothie juice bar, and a garden outside perfect for daytime or ending the night. The check in staff could have been a bit more welcoming for the price but hey it’s new york after all lol. Also would say it’s geared towards a younger crowd especially with the roof / lobby clubs open on the weekends. Hope to be back soon!"

"Junior, the hotel clerk that checked us in was very welcoming. Jenny the gift shop hostess was super kind and helpful. The location was near Broadway and the rooms were comfortable and well serviced. Definitely a 5 star experience 😀"

"My son and I were traveling and wanted two beds. In NYC that is difficult to find in a boutique hotel for a reasonable rate, but we found cute bunk bed options at Arlo online. The pictures were way better than the actual room. We didn't ever see the sun, we were facing other buildings with zero view. "La habitación es muy pequeña no caben dos maletas grandes en el piso, la vista valió la pena y tambiéna ubicación del hotel ya que está muy cerca del time square y hay muchos lugares para comer local. No había cafetera como se menciono al momento de reservar la habitación y el airea condicionado no enfría lo suficiente lo cual es a considerar si vienes en pleno verano y hace mucho calor, también al momento en el que alguien sale de la habitación el aire acondicionado se apaga y debes volver a...

"This was a great place to stay. Rooms are small, but has to be expected, considering it’s New York City. But this was a great little boutique hotel in Chinatown and the location was excellent. The only thing I had an issue with was we had trouble getting hot water for showers. Other than that this place was amazing."
