"Very disappointing experience at Hotel Henry. Before checkout, I asked if the hotel could hold our luggage due to a delayed flight and was assured it wouldn’t be a problem. The next morning, the same employee told us storage was “first come, first serve,” leaving us stuck carrying luggage around NYC in the rain. "The a/c was too noisy, which made it difficult to sleep"

"Bed was clean, the bathroom shower had some dirt in the tub and in the floor. My issue was the $45 per day “incidental fees”. I don’t recall reading that in the contract but it was paid as expected. I would rate the place a B. I did not use the bar or restaurant but it was clearly a popular place"

"Pros: good location away from time square. Fancy lobby, French bakery coupons, cleanliness good but does need deep cleaning. Cons: no fridge, coffee/tea in room, there’s no included breakfast ($10 coupons given for the cafe next door), no toothpaste in room (was told to go buy one as hotel is out of toothpaste)."
