I was told that an alarm clock was missing from my room as if I needed it. Without a phone call, I was charged. Unacceptable behavior from management at the hotel. That was sneaky behavior! "We checked in and went to our room. As always we went right into our room and pulled the sheets back to check cleanliness. One bed was ok. The other bed had crumbs and a very old looking napkin in the middle of the bed under top sheet. Went down to desk and complained. The staff apologized and gave us new room, which seemed to be clean. We slept well. The overall cleanliness of this hotel is not good. We did not eat breakfast there because of that. "

"The breakfast was ery good. BW provided a good selection of breakfast foods and fruits. An added bonus was home baked cinnamon rolls, cookies at the front desk and other such treats. Understaffing did not allow for full service in guest rooms. We stayed 3 nights and had trash emptied in one occasion. Fresh towels were provided. All personnel were professional and pleasant ...always willing to be of service."
