"Excellent service from the staff from the moment you arrived until the end of my stay. They were very helpful and accommodating with my questions about my luggage storage situation. The floor housekeeping staff were also very nice and helpful. Overall my experience for my first booking (I have 4 separate bookings within a period of 3 weeks) was very good and I won’t hesitate rebooking in the future and recommend it to anyone traveling in Manila."

"Executive lounge staff were excellent . Manager Yung on night duty was professional and made sure that guests had a perfect experience . "The room was clean and they consistently replenished the minibar items like water and coffee. We really liked the hotel pool, and the breakfast was good. The room itself was spacious and comfortable.
The only downside is that outside food isn’t allowed. My son is a picky eater, so we had to buy food from outside, but bringing it into the hotel wasn’t permitted.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the food policy was a challenge for us."
