"A wonderful place"

"Clean quiet and friendly staff, ask for hidden fees before and after you check in"

"Homeless guy sleeping in the lobby and staff refused to address it. Meth head zombie outside the room window walking back and forth. Requested a different room on the second floor which didn’t have outlet covers, a hair drier, or an iron but it did have a plunger in a gross plastic bag in the corner of the bathroom. Air conditioner controls were all busted out and didn’t work. Lobby carpet needed to be despirately cleaned. The breakfast was ok though."

"The room was very small and the two full-sized beds made it even smaller. The desk is crumbling on the bottom. The wall sconces kept fall upside down and lamp shade cracked. The room is trapped in the 80’s. The bathroom was clean and great water pressure. Staff was very nice."

"Inn at Whittier was a great find. It's conveniently located right after the Anton Anderson Memorial Tunnel and right next to the dock where you leave for the glacier cruise. The property is very cozy and clean. We were surprised by the size of our room and the great view from the windows! The staff at the inn and their restaurant were so nice and friendly. The food was excellent too. Everything was great. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Whittier. Great value for the price."

"Location near airport was convenient. Desk personnel were helpful. Shuttle driver was friendly and helpful. Sink was dirty, coffee was empty at breakfast and took a long time to perk. Door to room was hard to close and lock."

"I loved how bright the place was, how clean my room/bathroom. The lady behind the desk was super nice and helpful. I loved that there was a laundry room for quests. The girl working the laundry helped me out which I very much appreciated. The food at the restaurant was good, service was slow though. Overall, had a nice stay."

"Extremely clean rooms, especially bathroom. I will consider I am a picky person, but the bathroom has white countertops and really clean. View out there summertime glacier Mountain and also the sheep mountain is phenomenal and staff is really helpful. Breakfast really good"

"I spent almost $1,000 to stay at this hotel, only to experience what I consider a serious health-threatening situation. I didn’t complain during my stay because I checked out at 2:00 AM and just wanted to leave. I stayed in an accessible room and was traveling with insulin that requires proper refrigeration. The air conditioner did not work for three days, which made my insulin unusable. The TV also didn’t work, and there were several other maintenance issues throughout my stay. The sofa bed...

After working on the toilet ourselves we finally asked for a new room. Our second room had very low toilet flush as well and we had to go get batteries for the remote.
