"Upon checking in, her computer shut down. No bath towels, phone or shampoo in the room. Went to front desk and got towels but they were out of shampoo. Parking lot lights not working at back. Room was newer and good."

"I wasn’t quite ready for reveille in the morning, which was never mentioned. I only spent one night there. I thought the carpets were very worn & the bathroom was kind of dingy.
