"It felt skimpy. Limited towels, limited maintenance. The buffet was adequate but everything felt more inexpensive than healthy. Guess that's what you get for booking on price. The staff was helpful and friendly."

"Beware! Prepaid through Expedia weeks ago for a King with a sofa bed (clearly stated in my confirmation) but when I checked in about 3:30 pm the front desk clerk put me in a standard double room. About a $40 dollar price difference! First he blamed Expedia for sending them the wrong room request but when I asked for proof that they’d gotten a request for a double room from Expedia he told me he couldn’t provide this and changed his story, saying that they can never “guarantee” the room...

"Clean! Our room was clean. I even noted the elevator was clean. The woman at the desk was pleasant and helpful."

"Came with a friend for a night. The front desk staff was very friendly. Our room was clean & well stocked with toiletries. We used the pool area, which could’ve been cleaner. The location was close to a few restaurants (Cracker Barrel & Bob Evans) & convenient for our travel needs."

"The place was very nice and relaxing. The gentleman who owns the place is definitely a gentleman. He brought my heavy baggage downstairs to my car. What a nice man. I would recommend this place to anyone."

"The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately the rooms were not thoroughly cleaned. There was dust in the bathroom and it looked like the room and hallway were never vacuumed. The elevator was broken, the pool was out of commission, and the ice maker on the second floor was broken. This is not what I expect from a Holiday Inn Express."
