"New, clean and helpful staff. Walls and floors are thin. We had to move rooms because kids were running around above us and we could hear them talking. Once we moved to the top floor (at 8:30 pm), we were fine."

"Staff OK but didn't accept I was handicapped. Said there was no record of it but had used rooms before that she said needed to be left open."

"The room was a non-smoking room and smelled strongly of cigarettes. The room heater was off and about 50 Degrees. The sheets were thin and smelled like cigarettes and perfume. There was only one bar of soap next to the sink and no complementary soap in the shower. There was dust all over and a cigarette burn in one of the comforters. I woke up coughing. "

"This B&B had so much character! So cozy and the staff was so nice. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and thoughtful. It was very easy for us to care for our horses at Fair Hill - about 8 minutes away. Only downside was a train I heard throughout the night... not sure if that is just seasonal. It could easily be covered with a white noise machine :)"

"Room was dirty, towers were really dirty, dust all over the room, toilet seat was broken, smoke alarm was broken, missing microwave, no trask can in the room, carpet need to be intrudece to a vacun cleaner overall condiction of this room was terrible it took two trips to the front desk to get some clean tower and a trash can "

"Not first time staying but possibly last. Got assigned last room hallway 1st floor. there is staircase there and hear door slam all night long. plus car lot noise. there were several broken things in room including no bedside table in one side…just missing from wall, and curtain pulls broken on both windows. Toilet sounded louder then jet engine on flush. Breakfast was just fair. no fruit. no apple, banana, nada. only good thing was price really. "

"The shower had the best water pressure, the beds were comfortable, and the lady at the front desk was professional and friendly."

"This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed at. Infested with cockroaches, desperately in need or repairs, dirty rooms, lazy management, and shady public that would smoke weed and would not stop the noise through the night. Air conditioner worked, but then it was not hot days to begin with."
