There wasn’t any bench space in the bathroom so my toiletries had to sit on the floor in their bag. Breakfast was great and convenient although we weren’t told how to access this on check in so ate out in the first morning. "This was a fraud booking. I contacted Expedia and the hotel. Expedia was great about it but the hotel did not care that my credit card had been scammed and refused to cancel the booking. I’ve had to raise a dispute with my bank so they can investigate the issue further. Zero compassion from Novotel staff"
