"Wonderful stay at Hotel Citrine! From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded expectations. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The staff was genuinely warm, professional, and attentive, making the entire stay feel seamless and welcoming. "We booked the "Beachy" unit in this home, but were given the smaller "Peaceful" unit on arrival. That left us with a single bed for four people. Two of us had to sleep on the floor (Pacifica was booked up for an archery event). We contacted the host, and they were willing to cancel the second night, but we were left with the full first night for a more expensive unit and a host fee that was higher than the cost of the room. The host blamed Expedia/Hotels.com for the mistake, but neither is...
