"I can imagine this hotel is very luxurious 20 years ago but now probably need to renovate. Of course if it is renovated the price of the rooms will be much higher. For the price and the size and the location of the hotel I am very happy. Parking is free big plus."

"We had a lovely time, location was absolutely great, I definitely recommend staying here, you’re close to the strip where you can find so many bars and restaurants. The staff was lovely and really friendly. Our room was perfect, clean and very cozy. They also have really really good mattresses!!!! If we ever return to Malta, this will definitely be our stay again."

"The hotel was beautiful and it had a lovely fragrance as soon as you entered. The room was amazing, perfect for myself, husband and grown up daughter as she had her own private space. The rooftop pool was absolutely stunning with a fantastic view. We really looked forward to breakfast each morning as there was a very good selection. We also dined in the restaurant twice. The food was excellent, We really enjoyed the Swordfish. The staff were also extremely helpful and very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. We loved every moment and I could not fault anything. 😊"

"Very cool property, with a local flair, clean and well maintained. There's a number of steps from the street level to the entrance of the building, and then more to the rooms (no elevators, of course). Nice decorations all-over, with attention to detail, traditional-looking, very clean and appealing. Be mindful when you book, as the meaning of "detached private bathroom" does not disclose that the bathroom is down the hallway. I assume the rooms listed under "private bathroom" have a layout that includes it. Should have checked before making a reservation! Good, clear communication via email/whatsapp prior to check-in, as there is no reception on premise. Attentive and helpful staff, excellent location - you can be close to tourist attractions, restaurants, the ferry, the water promenade, etc. - but safe and quiet at the same time. I would definitely book again, just a different room."

"The reception staff were very polite and friendly. The breakfast was very good . Lots of choice and well stocked at all times. The swimming pool was very clean at all times and the surrounding area was very adequate with some new shade canopies added. The bedrooms were ok. Clean and just served its purpose . Somewhere to sleep and shower. Bit of a mix up when arriving. As I booked for 2 rooms and was told one room was across the road in sister block.As I booked in September I would have thought we would have been together!!!!. Other than that a lovely stay was had by all."

"Arrived at the hotel after hours but that was no problem. We had been sent the key code to enter & our key was left in an envelope with all the room details inside. Very efficient. Room was larger than expected & spotlessly clean. Only complaint was the shower didn't maintain hot water for all of the time. Lovely, secluded location near all the restaurants & the ferry landing to Valletta. Buffet breakfast was exceptional & the 2 staff we met were super friendly & helpful. We could leave our cases in reception til check-out time & there were shower facilities before leaving. Excellent all round!"
