"Great little place, very small rooms but very clean and nice. Having to check in at a different location was a bit odd but overall a good place."

"Pros: Overall good place to stay. To us it felt central to Miami, or atleast for what we were there for. There was direct access to highways and expressways. Food just down the street and we always had a place to park our rental car. The laundry in the building was convenient and easy to pay for. Building felt secure and the other residents always greeted us with a smile and a cheerful hello. Cons: We had an issue with the kitchen drain and the shower drain. The garbage disposal didn’t work....

"This is easily one of the worst properties I have ever stayed in. Firstly the check in information arrived significantly later than it was supposed to after I had to chase the host. Secondly, the images shown in the listing were nothing like my apartment. The bathroom was tiny with a shower that was either freezing cold or scolding hot with no in between. The towels are older than me! The lock on the door didn't work properly and completely failed to work properly on two occasions. The washer...

"This is not family friendly property. Parties were all the time, loud music, big companies. No management at the facility. Nobody cares what is going on. Only cleaning staff is friendly and respectful."

"Our room was fine for one night. The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Would be better if you could speak directly to someone instead of emails and texts. My card was charged 2 days prior to our stay, but booked with the understanding we pay upon arrival and it’s been 5 days & we have yet to receive our security deposit back."

"Nice staff, however, they should allow an early check in if the room is ready. We were traveling for 3 hours and wanted to accommodate and go to the beach. They only let us in at 3. They only let us park the car. The house keeper was very helpful and nice."
