"You're paying for the location and not a great hotel. And the staff didn't seem overly concerned about impressing their customers in any way. Case in point, we arrived a little before 9pm and went down to the bar for a drink. The bartender said he decided to close early, apparently at his discretion, because he hadn't had a customer in the last 45 minutes. Problem was, there was a lady sitting there when we walked in 20 minutes earlier and another lady was sitting, drinking, right then. I think...
