"Only one ice machine worked I was on the 6th floor had to go to the 2nd floor to get ice there are 2 elevators one was broken so it was a 15 minute wait to get on the elevator the room was nice the pool area was nice the cocktail server at the pool was slow had to wait 25 minutes to get my change other than that is was nice."

"We were very pleasantly surprised by how clean and large this hotel resort was. There was plenty to do and there was a large amount of food options to choose from. The staff were very kind and helpful. The only criticism we have would be that the restaurant we went to (Stretto) had extremely slow kitchen service. We were seated at 8:30pm and did not receive our meals until 10pm (there were only 3 of us). We realize it was Memorial Day weekend and thus a busier time, however, the hotel should...

"This place is actually a really charming motel situated close to accessibility to the highway and have some really nice artistic details to make it very inviting! People there are really nice! Safe clean, great mattress!"
