"friendly remote checkin, was quick and painless. rooms dated but clean. breakfast stuff wasnt there but we were there on easter so staff might have been off. Rooms dated but clean. Safe area. my only real "issue" was the wifi in the room was terrible and i travel for work so its a must. other than that no real complaints. "

" Breakfast was basic waffles, eggs, meat & potato options - decent. A/C was loud. Hotel has 5 floors and the only working ice machine was on the 1st floor - located at the end of the building next to maintenance room that was always open, was awkward while they sat there. Considering I could’ve booked the Trianon which is much more upscale for the same price - I would recommend you weigh your options a before booking here."

"What makes this great hotel even better is the excellent staff, especially Andrew, the manager. Even in the face of a group of aggressive younger guests, he was professional and collected and handled everything with a great attitude towards all.
