"It’s a nice motel, very conveniently located and has all the necessary amenities."

"I thought this was a great lodging and dining option given the location in a small rural town. I was initially worried driving down this short gravel road to get to the hotel, but the owners are doing a terrific job keeping up an older property. Even if not staying here, I would recommend eating at their restaurant."

"The check-in procedure was excellent, with the key being held in a secure 'hole in the wall' that was released when a credit card was swiped for the $100 refundable deposit. The lady I spoke to about my booking was very polite, accommodating in her phone manner and was very helpful. I initially stayed 2 nights, but after I checked out I decided to stay one more night. I rang reception and was told the room I had the previous 2 nights would be held for me. I was disappointed that the only 'servicing' of the room was that fresh towels were provided; the bins were still full, a used coffee cup was still on a bench and no cleaning had been done. My main negative observation was how dated the room was. The carpet was worn and the bathroom was badly in need of updating. On the positive side, the room was quiet and peaceful, the shower was excellent, with heaps of water pressure and it was easy to stream YouTube to the TV. The tariff was very reasonable and the quality of the room was inline with my expectations for the cost. "

"The staff at this hotel need some basic customer service training. Young girl wearing glasses on reception continued working on her computer while we waited for a simple greeting and you could tell it was an effort for her to check us in. The lady with henna tattoos on departure was also rude and unfriendly. Hotel otherwise was nice. "

"The location is superb, I’ve stayed a few times, whilst the rooms are great in size - they could do with a makeover, new carpets, couches & bathroom / shower area would definitely elevate the room experience. The indoor pool area is good, would suggest a high pressure clean, some signs of dirt build up etc. "

"The bedroom ceiling light is not working, Motel owner did not check it before we arrive and could not fix it. Refused to change a room for us and told me i can leave if not happy with it. His attitude was disrespectful. He later gave us bedside side lamp and next day said can't fix the issue as electrician doesn't work on Sunday. The toaster was dirty, drink cup was not clean, bed sheet had marks and stain on it. "
