"I really appreciated how friendly and profession the staff were at the check in desk. They provided clear instructions and descriptions of the amenities offered for the property. The facilities are well maintained and the rooms were very clean and functional. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night as we were stopping over to rest for the rest of our road trip but I am confident that the pool and jacuzzi would have been nice."

"Place is cute in a great location. The shower floors are slimy and need a good scrubbing. Stayed several weeks so started taking our own cleaner and scrubber to clean the shower floor before using. Overall whole place could use a good deep clean but is okay. The require a physical card only to run even with special instructions and permissions added on Expedia. We booked all of our travel on one card and every other hotel ran that card to our presence whether it was physically present or not....

"The buffet was a typical continental buffet. There were not fresh items on it and the staff was just OK. Parking was easy and it was super convenient in location to my son’s lacrosse tournament. The beds were comfortable."

"Stayed for 2 nights there, the room was very clean and maids even took the time to fold the towels nicely and made it feel welcoming. The breakfast was good and there was a 3 hour window for breakfast which was nice. Staff is friendly and overall the place was really nice. Thank you for our stay!"

"Had a lot of issues with the key cards and readers - was never sure if I was going to get into my room without help from the front desk person. No breakfast - but there was coffee. Dim CFL room lighting. But it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Nearby level 2EV charging - a short walk."

"This is a reasonably priced accommodation in a tourist town of Glenwood Springs. Super location as you can walk to downtown , Amtrak station, and the Hot Springs Pool. It’s comfortable and budget friendly—no frills."

"Well the whole city was out of power for 5 hours so I had to take a cold shower. My phone died window didnt open it was hot and muggy in the room. The bed was uncomfortable felt like I was going to fall off the side."

"I booked this hotel because of the rave reviews and because we normally enjoy Holiday Inn Express hotels. Unfortunately, we didn't have a fabulous experience like other reviewers. We checked in late in the evening, only to discover that our room's thermostat (and therefore the AC) didn't work. The woman at the front desk was kind and wonderful in trying to help us. Unfortunately, because hadn't booked direct through IGH, she wasn't able to offer us any sort of compensation, but thankfully...

"Unknown to me upon arrival there was remodeling in progress, pounding, banging and far from relaxing. The staff charged my card twice then cancelled the charge which resulted in my bank putting a hold on my card for days. I’ve since received a call at 9am telling me they would debit a second card on file if I didn’t call by 6pm the same day, however, they took it upon themselves to debit the wrong card by 9:41am not allowing me the time to get to my bank and have a new card printed since my bank...
