"We were booked into a room immediately above an event floor where a wedding was taking place. Loud music began at 11:30 pm and continued until after 1 am. We were not informed about this at check in or given any option to switch rooms until we phoned reception at 11:30 pm. We were told that the music would stop at midnight but it did not. "Categorized as luxury hotel, Agree! But I think they should have fridge for guest food! The fridge inside the room was fully occupied with food for charge items. And the self parking fee was ridiculously high! Otherwise staff was friendly and helpful at the front desk."

The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful and genuinely nice, and the room was clean and soundproofed, which made for a comfortable stay.
