"The tv didn’t have sound, I turned it off and on trying to problem solve. I ended up walking down to ask for help where the woman said they were busy and try unplugging it and plugging it back in. I walked back up to the room and tried that with no luck. Went back down told her that didn’t work and asked for help (again), she said he was busy right now and would come up later. He never came up. At least the WiFi worked. The hallway smelt like weed. Breakfast selection with tiny, no warm food...

"Room and facilities were clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Water in bathroom heated quickly and lighting was good for applying makeup. Many options available at breakfast and coffee in room was very good. My only complaint is that the room was very cold when I arrived and had to turn on the heat in order to get it to a reasonable temperature. Hallways were also very cold. For dining I highly recommend Porter Creek Grille just around the corner. Location was very convenient to...

"Had an interesting stay. We were on a bit of a tight schedule and didn't get breakfast when we went down at 6:15. Asked the front desk and he wasn't sure what time it was, then said to come back in half an hour. Came back later and still no breakfast. Finally found someone who said another half hour. Another group of folks were trying to find someone to ask. Anyway we eventually left to go to McDonald's. The breakfast was finally ready around 8am when we checked out.
