"We had a pleasant and comfortable stay here. The view of the lake from our room was wonderful! Our place was very spacious and offered many amenities which we greatly appreciated. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. We were rather disappointed that our place was not serviced despite our leaving out a door tag requesting service. "Absolutely gorgeous setting with a view of the glacier. Villa was comfortable (except for the lack of bedside lamps) with a nice kitchen and good beds. Loved that they had free DVDs available (which we took advantage of thanks to a very rainy afternoon and evening) and laundry facilities. The town of Franz Joseph Glacier was cute but food options weren't great - I'd suggest cooking in. Glad we had 2 nights here! "
