"There were leftovers in the cups and pot, and we waited more than 1.5 hours for cleaning. The staff were unprofessional: one staff member forgot my name two hours after check-in and then knocked on our door. There is no shelf/platform to hold the shampoo and conditioner, so they had to be placed on the shower base. The bathroom fan is noisy. Soundproofing is poor—when the neighbor was washing, we could hear it. Overall, it was a bad experience."

Staff was great and acknowledged the mistake, gave us better accommodation the next day but overall the property is old and not worth the money unless you’re in the Lakeview apartment which has...

"Property was very clean and had modern appliances. The living area and the patio offered a great view of the nearby mountains. It was conveniently located near the town center so walking to restaurants and shop was easily manageable. The bed in the main room was slightly uncomfortable – it felt like it was two adjoining twin-beds and you can sense the seam between the two beds with a slight slant towards the edge of the bed. There were a couple of kitchen amenities that we had expected, but...
