I had a few issues: the A/C was not cooling the room to the setting (they came and kind of fixed it, tv did not work well and would spin as to not stream right so could not watch much, I broke a glass on the bathroom floor and asked to clean it up and they did a poor job. In fact there was about a 8" long stick in the entrance of the room that never got cleaned up and I was there for 6 nights. The hair dryer blew up. They...

"The property was beautiful, well maintained and everything was clean. The bed was comfortable and staff was kind. We got in after 7 pm and felt tired from a long day of travel. We didn’t want to go out and find food. It was disappointing that they did not have any restaurants or bars or room service that served food at this time. The location was not very close to reach areas where shopping and restaurants were located by walking either."

"Paid for a kind got 2 queens and every time I went back to get it swapped they said there were none available the parking lot has to steep of an incline I would say about 50 percent of cars bottom out mine extra low and it jacked up my car so I couldn’t even use the parking I paid for"

"Our experience was extremely disappointing. The elevators were not working, and the room key we were given also didn’t work. We had to walk all the way back to the reception to get it fixed. When we reached the front desk, we were told that a staff member would come to open the room, but that I had to be present with my ID because they wouldn’t open the room without it. "Clean room, family-friendly, and perfect spot to see fireworks when in Vegas earlier this month for the 4th of July. Staff were friendly and I also like that there were lots of food choices onsite. Would stay here again."
