"I loved the breakfast and the proximity to Kings Island. The ladies on staff that I spoke with were very kind. It is a motel, not a hotel- which was absolutely fine for me, but I wasn't clear about when I was booking. Also, we booked a double queen room and received a king, accessible room. This was fine for my son and I, but not what we booked or expected. Also, the toilet seat was not the same shape as the bowl and was not securely affixed- a minor discomfort, but something I certainly noticed...

"I had a horrible experience on 7/3/26 I had taken my family to kings island for the fourth of July so I made sure I booked in order to have plenty of sleep room, I planned to have the kids sleep on the sofa bed , so when we pulled is out the bed we were shocked to see that the mattress and sheets had urine stains as well as blood spots and so did of the beds, I immediately called down to the hotel staff and explained the situation to a male by the name of Al, he was rude and stated that they had...

"The bathroom was nasty in our room the toilet was not cleaned shower still had hair in it from the previous guests. The air made a noise the whole time it was on. It smelt like mold and mildew the floors had a weird sticky feeling to them. The staff was nice at the front desk and was very convenient to be right next to kings island. You definitely get what u pay for cheap hotel. I would have thought better of a comfort inn thou I’ve never stayed in one bad before. "

"The room was spacious, it is a good location for visiting kings Island. I like there is a nightlight in the bathroom. The room was quiet, no highway noise."

"Pool was nice...the first front desk person was nice when checking in but after that staff was kinda rude... breakfast wasn't great then have someone watching you eat and can't eat in room was very uncomfortable...would not take there again...but it was close to king Island"

"I got a glass of water front the bar in the hotel and when the ice melted there was a worm (no kidding) at the bottom of the glass. When I showed the staff, they were great and apologized profusely. They said please give us another chance and we will comp you dinner and drinks on us, which was nice but when I showed up for dinner that night the restaurant was closed Ridiculous. They comped me things fron the market but I had to take an uber and pay for dinner. Not ok. The staff means well...

"Absolutely phenomenal hotel staff was great accommodations checking in to make sure everything's OK. All of that. I will recommend a stay for anyone and when I'm in the area again for my daughter's basketball tournament at spooky we will not be staying anywhere else but this location thanks again."

"The pool area was super small and dirty. The was a baseball championship going on in the area and there was kids playing baseball in the parking lot. There was being leaving alcoholic beverages and trash everywhere. Trash and wet towels were being left on the patio and in the pool area. The breakfast was $16.95 a person and at the room price should have been included. Also, this hotels needs renovation at this price."

"The pool wasn’t open most of the time we were there. You can’t understand the front desk people and they didn’t have any kind of breakfast that was supposed to be included"
