"Terrible stay.
5:00 pm - checked in to room 1. AC did not work
5:45 pm - moved to room 2. Strong odor. Toilet flush did not work.
11:55 pm - suggested a alternate room 3. Did a walkthrough and toilet did not flush.
12:30 - moved to room 4. Realized AC not working. Room temperature was around 75 and did not go down.
With all the luggages to pack and sleeping kids decided to stay. Was so warm kids was fuzzy and we did not sleep the whole night. Vacated the room around 8 am.

"Pros:
- The hourly shuttle to and from the airport and Mall of America.
- Our room was clean and comfortable.
Cons:
- The woman who checked us was not outwardly rude, but she wasn't exactly polite.
- The shower barely had water pressure- unlike the sink, which sprayed so fast, it was easy to soak your shirt.
- An extra $10 parking/night at this hotel seems excessive.
- The continental breakfast was.. gross."

"Upon arrival the television in the room was on and had welcome with my first name on it!!! May be simple to some but for me it was awesome. The breakfast was great both days we were there. Room was more than big enough for the six of us and the amenities were great. Pool area was clean and the location was perfect!!! We could literally walk to the Mall of America if we wanted"
