They did not clean our room unless I went to the front desk and asked for the trash to be taken out, had to ask for towels, toilet paper, etc. should have house keeping every day. Was an ok stay, but for the price you can find other hotels who clean rooms every day and stock. "

"This was one of the worst stays we have had. It was expensive. The room was dated, the black out blinds did not cover all the way. The shower head was broke and we called the front desk 3x and where told maintenance would be up. After 2 hours of waiting we went to bed. The next morning we went to the front desk and where told maintenance wouldn't be in until 8a. He came to out room and fix it at least enough to use it. The hot tub was not hot, jets didnt work and the pool was very cold. "

"Very outdated. Old, flat pillows. Dirty pumps on the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion in the bathroom. Very loud compressor on the HVAC system. One wash cloth in the bathroom. The general bathroom at the hotel was very dirty! Staff member out smoking in the smoking area and coughing and spitting outside the window where guests eat breakfast. Breakfast was fine at best. I would not stay there again."

"This is a pretty run-down hotel. The door was damaged, and the bathtub wasn't dirty, but it was falling apart, too. However, the staff was so friendly and professional! When we were having trouble getting into our room, a maintenance guy was called and he showed up right away! "
