This time, there were too many issues, which I have submitted to the hotel on their feedback firm and I was very verbal too with complaints. "The staff were excellent. Really helpful and attentive. Rooms were nice and clean however the outside of the building is dirty and underwhelming. The cafe is excellent as is food and staff in it Worth visit"
