"The parking fee could have been cheaper, especially when the parking is free right across the street."

"We didn’t pay for an oceanfront view, so I knew we’d have a street view but I expected to still have a personal balcony. We got to the room and opened the balcony door to find the roof. When talking to other guests on our floor, we learned that everyone on the 2nd floor without an ocean view had access to the roof. Needless to say, we kept the balcony door locked because it seemed like a potential security issue. The staff was polite and helpful. At first one of our room keys wasn’t working...

"Overall great experience. Took my pre-teen daughter for a few days before her birthday and school re-started at the end of July. Other than the elevator in the parking garage breaking (if you park on the top levels you have to walk down 4-5 flights), it was quiet & clean with great views and close to attractions yet quiet enough to enjoy the beach. The free breakfast and parking across the street is a bonus feature compared to other places in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful always....
