"The overriding impression was good and largely driven by the high quality of the staff ."

"Staff were great, location is fantastic. Breakfast available but pretty expensive. Lots of restaurants nearby with continental breakfast available for 7.5 euros"

"Location was good, convenient to all. Staff DID NOT provide any professional services as a 5 star hotel. They wouldn’t even offer to load our luggage on and off from our Uber."

"Wonderful hotel, full of charm and history. Staff were all wonderful. Cannot fault our stay"

"Lovely, welcoming atmosphere on arrival. Spacious room and amenities. Amazing view. Breakfast was delicious. Convenient valet parking."

"Superb"

"We stayed four nights and everything was great. The hotel decor is beautiful and well maintained, all the staff were pleasant and helpful and the location to everything was perfect. I wish Europe would use regular hair dryers where you didn't have to hold the handle down but that is a general criticism. The front desk staff helped us get in our room early and set up a taxi for the morning we left. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment. Would absolutely stay again!"

"Elevator out of order and staff trying to push towards the hotel restaurant and services rather than what Canne as best to offer.."

"The room was small but who cares?? Wonderful and helpful staff. Good wine! Very kind and helpful. Highly recommend."

"We loved this hotel so much! Would highly recommend especially if it’s your first time in Nice! Location is amazing and the rooms and amenities are fantastic."
