"My wife and I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at the Silverton. The behavior we encountered from staff felt prejudiced, dismissive, and unnecessarily hostile. We were only 13 minutes past checkout, and rather than being approached with basic courtesy or professionalism, I was abruptly awakened and confronted by an employee who stood directly outside our room with an intimidating, drill-sergeant-like demeanor and refused to budge. At no point was a late checkout...

"Very new and clean chose this hotel as advertised as having kitchenette. Not so microwave so small hard to heat up food and no plates or utensils. Maybe we missed the fine print "kitchenette available. " The refrigerator was great normal size but unfortunately could not use the stored food we had. Very clean and in quiet location"
