Took my family for a few days during spring break, it was a last minute trip we knew it was going to be busy. But we had to wait an hour and a half to get our room because they were backed up. There were several families also having to wait. I had to complain and ask for a manager to help solve the problem they said it was because of spring break, I was very agitated because we had a long drive and we just wanted to go to our room. We finally got our room. To get clean towels we had to go and exchange them or wait a long time for the cleaning personal to get there. And it wasn’t their fault they were understaffed. Then the kids were getting sick so we decided to check out a day early, they told me we do not get a refund in the month of March because of spring break. I wasn’t looking for a discount or anything free. I feel they could of tried a little better on their customer service, a text or email letting people know that there was going to be a delay in checking in instead of it’s spring break we are busy. And posting that in the month on March or spring break there are no refunds for early check out. Instead of saying you can check out but your not getting a refund. We will not be going back
