We allow guests to request more towels which we happily provide upon request. I'm assuming you mean no sheets or blankets for sofa beds, which is also given upon request. We're hoping this, including the phone, was brought to our attention so we could assist any requests accordingly.

We usually process the card for the first night plus tax to verify the card is valid, since it is the guaranteed method. For those reservations with invalid cards, we contact guests and proceed with cancelations if need be. However, we do allow guests to change cards when they arrive for those reservations that aren't pre-paid, regardless we have to verify the card on file and the identification since you also booked through a third party. We need to confirm the information matches.

Hello Jacob L., thanks for your review. I believe your complaint is more about your second reservation, since you only made the ocean view reservation on Expedia for 3 nights and you wanted an extra night. Upon making your second reservation I understand it's upsetting you weren't able to keep the same room type, but we were sold out. So, the cost was actually for you extending on a separate reservation and has nothing to do with this Expedia reservation, you were paying to extend your stay at our rate. Although I sincerely apologize you feel this way, we are glad you were still able to stay an extra night with us. If you have some confusion still regarding the rate, you can obtain a receipt for your Expedia reservation, and we can provide one from the second reservation and discuss this further. Regarding the beach chairs, that is an extra service that is not free since the beach is public space and guests are welcome to bring their own umbrellas and chairs. I'd be happy to discuss anything with you at your convenience.
