"Absolutely nice and clean quiet place"

"I've stayed at lots of Hamptons and this is one of the best. Every time I came through the front door, someone was cleaning something. I got the sense that this one is family owned based on the staffing and the attentive customer service. It's a new hotel which is always nice, and you can see their thoughtful selections, like the outlet in the bathroom that includes a nite light. "The hotel lobby is very dimly lite but appears clean. The agent was friendly enough but quite busy on the phone as it was almost his quitting time when we checked in. The hallways had an odor and carpets could use a good deep clean. The rooms (we had 2) were impressively spotless, however, one room smelled of cigarette. We were on the ground floor and found both locks on one window unlocked and one lock on the other window unlocked. The young adults travelling with us were rather afraid to stay...

"We have stayed at this property in several occasions and find it's proximity to the airport perfect. The high cost ($ 40.00 overnight) of parking is ridiculous but I guess that is the cost of convenience. Rooms have large TV's but with only a few hours to rest, we did not use them. The property is rather expansive and for person with walking disabilities drgging suitcase on carpet for an extended length isn't ideal. Excellent value for money on this stay. "The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast did not disappoint, offering a variety of options to choose from. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. There were a number of items out of service such as the treadmills, vending and ice machines, and water fountains, but otherwise we were very pleased with the facility and will most definitely stay again."

"This is my third stay at Suburban Studios over the last couple of years. In addition tobeing a great location right off the highway and a good stopping point along my journey, the staff and site are very welcoming. It is nice to have a full kitchen on long journeys. I travel between Minnesota and Virginia twice a year and Suburban Studios will always be my go to!"
